sending yourself a test email allows you to:
1) doublecheck appearance for design or formatting issues in you inbox
2) click every single link to make sure they all work and link correctly
3) proofread one last time for spelling and grammar errors
4) ensure personalization tokens are working correctly
5) see if your email gets caught in the spam folder
